Terms & Conditions:-

• The room tariff is on a per-night basis. Breakfast will be served in the Restaurant.
• The rates mentioned are net, non-commissionable, exclusive of all taxes, and quoted in INR.
• Tax rate: GST 12% is charged on the room rate and could be changed as per Government policies.
• Check-out time is 11:00 AM and check-in time is 12:00 PM. (Beyond 11:00 AM, a grace period of one hour will be extended, which is subject to availability. Further delay will be charged one day additional, as per rates applicable.)
• Airport/station transfers can be arranged at an additional cost.

Booking Policy:- Booking will be confirmed, against 100% advance payment in the authorized bank only.

Cancellation Policy:-

• Less than 48 Hrs from the check-in date would be 50 % retention.
• More than 72 Hrs from the check-in date will be 100 % refunded or will be adjusted with the next booking.
• All refunds will be made after deducting the transaction fees if any.

Cancellation Policy (for Group):-

• If cancelled 60 days in advance then 25% of the total amount payable will be held as retention
• If cancelled between 30-60 days before check-in, 50% of the total amount payable will be held as retention.
• If cancelled 30 days or less before check-in, 100% of the total amount will be held as retention. The transaction fee will be 15% of the booking amount quoted.

Children Policy:-

• Two children below 06 years sharing the bed with parents without an extra bed will be complimentary.
• Above 06 years and Below 12 years old, the extra bed would be charged @ Rs.700/-.
• Children above 12 years will be charged like an adult.
• Only One Person above 12 years old can stay in the room for standard and superior rooms. Family deluxe rooms can accommodate up to 4 Persons.
• For 2 children above 12 years, the guest will need to book a separate room.
• The Hotel is not responsible for the loss/ damage of valuable belongings.

Food Policy:-

• Children up to 07 years, sharing the bed with parents will be charged a special discounted rate for breakfast. The remaining meals will be charged as applicable.
• No pets are allowed.
• Non Smoking Rooms
• Management has all the rights to reject/hold any booking without any explanation.
• The above rates are subject to change depending upon any change in Government regulations. Rates for all extra services will be charged as applicable.
